We recently had DA Grandview add a golf cart garage to the home we had purchased in 2025. It required a lot of expertise to match the roofing and stucco and design lines of the home. Daniel paid the needed attention to detail and the roof tiles match and the stucco color is indistinguishable from the original color. He replaced all of outside lighting fixtures so that the new garage lights would match the other outside lights. He added storage above the garage with a pull down ladder for easy access. He was careful to make sure that the new garage door matched the existing door and that the new remotes synchronized with the existing garage door remotes. The. inside walls were painted to match the rest of the garage. The needed electricity was conveniently placed. He moved our water pipes so that the new addition did not hinder easy access.. He designed the additional driveway to merge seamlessly with the existing driveway. He finalized lawn around the new addition with placement of sod. All of his teams were respectful and professional and we could see that he and his workers had very good relationships. Daniel communicated with us regularly and was visible on site for supervision of the entire project making communication much more personal and comfortable.
